TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • A 200 pounds deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • Assuming you have achieved the minimum spend the deposit is refundable.
    Refunded within seven working days.
  • Venue hire is provisional until the deposit is received.
  • Minimum spend applies. 
    Sunday – Friday 700 pounds.
    Saturday 900 pounds (only available until 10 pm on Fridays & Saturday).
  • Use of DJ equipment requires a 150 pounds security deposit.
    This deposit is refundable following inspection of the equipment.
  • Booth bookings remain open until 30 minutes after the time of your booking. Any bottles brought into the venue under corkage agreement must be given to the bar staff to distribute to your party.
  • Abuse towards any member of the team (verbal or physical) will not be tolerated and may lead to cancellation of the venue hire.
    If this occurs, the deposit will be non-refundable.
  • In the case of any damage as a result of the venue hire, the deposit will be non-refundable.
  • The management reserve the right to refuse entry or request any guest to leave the venue.
  • We operate a check 21 policy.
  • All food packages need paying 14 days in advance.
  • Persons under the age of 18 must vacate the premises by 9 pm.
  • On confirmation of booking, the party adheres to these terms.
